From health and wellness to industry-specific content, I’ve had the opportunity to produce, edit, and help grow branded podcast experiences from the ground up.
At Life Extension, I played a key role in the production and growth of Live Foreverish, the company’s flagship health and wellness podcast hosted by Dr. Mike and Dr. Crystal. I managed both the video and audio sides of the show—editing full episodes, designing visual layouts, and creating short-form promotional content for social platforms. In many episodes, we also incorporated remote guests, and I handled the technical setup and troubleshooting to ensure seamless recordings across locations. From coordinating production schedules to refining post-production workflows, I ensured that every episode maintained a consistent, high-quality output across platforms like YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify. My work directly contributed to a 25% increase in downloads and a 15% growth in viewership. With over 535,000 total views and more than 7.2 million impressions on YouTube alone, Live Foreverish continues to serve as a leading educational resource for wellness content—supported by efficient, creative production strategies I helped implement.

As a freelance podcast editor for Boom & Bucket—a construction-focused podcast by Assignar—I handled both the creative and technical aspects of post-production. Working closely with the client, I edited full episodes for clarity and flow, cleaned and balanced audio for a polished final product, and added branded intros and outros using custom motion graphics. The project required quick turnarounds, and I consistently met tight deadlines while maintaining quality. This work allowed me to apply my storytelling and editing skills to a B2B setting, tailoring content to resonate with a specialized, industry-driven audience.
